The display of pop-up flyover information is ultimately controlled in the AccuSnap Settings dialog. Select Building Design > Snaps > More > AccuSnap Settings from the ribbon to open this dialog.

By turning on the Pop-up Info setting, pop-up flyover element information displays when the pointer hovers over a highlighted element. Pop-up flyover information will not display when this setting is turned off.
